Wrap all outside exposed piping for the winter to prevent freezing.

 Check all washing machine hoses and sink supply lines for wear and replace them before they break to prevent a possible flood.

 Flush the water heater every 3 months to remove the sediment and prolong the life of the heater.

 Never put any kind of disk or deodorant in the toilet tank as it can ruin the toilet.

 Try not to use chemical drain cleaners as they can be corrosive.

 If you use a drain cleaning chemical let your technician know so they can protect their eyes and skin when using a mechanical cleaner.
